2. No Warranty of Crime Prevention or Physical Safety
1No Guarantee Against Crime: The Platform does NOT guarantee or represent that utilization of its software will prevent physical crime, unauthorized entry, trespass, burglary, theft, armed robbery, assault, fire, or loss of life or property at any client premises.
2Software Limitations: The software acts as an electronic verification and dispatch tool. It cannot physically intervene in on-ground threats or compensate for guard negligence, sleeping on duty, or abandonment of posts.
3Sole Security Responsibility: The physical security of any protected premises remains the exclusive responsibility of the subscribing security agency and property occupants.
3. Hardware, Telecom & GPS Accuracy Disclaimers
Operational accuracy of mobile patrol tracking and GPS geofencing depends on external variables:
Smartphone GPS Hardware: Sensor quality and GPS antenna accuracy vary across smartphone models.Structural Signal Attenuation: Satellite signals experience severe attenuation or complete signal loss in concrete basements, underground parking structures, and dense metallic buildings.Aggressive OEM Battery Optimization: Third-party smartphone operating system battery-saving algorithms (e.g., Xiaomi MIUI, Samsung OneUI background killing) may throttle background location tasks.Cellular Network Coverage: Scans in cellular dead zones rely on the device's local encrypted offline storage queue, which synchronizes once connectivity is re-established.
4. Emergency SOS & Incident Alerting Disclaimers
The SupervisionPro Guard App includes an in-app emergency "SOS Broadcast" feature:
Internal Alert Only: Triggering an SOS broadcasts an internal push notification and dashboard alert to the subscribing agency's field supervisors and control room dispatchers.NOT A Direct Police / Emergency Dispatch Line: The in-app SOS feature is NOT connected to the Government of India Emergency Response Support System (ERSS - Dial 112), local Police Stations, Fire Brigades, or Ambulance Hospitals.In any life-threatening emergency, active crime, fire, or medical crisis, personnel must immediately dial 112 directly from their phone keypad before interacting with any software.
5. Facial Biometric Similarity Score Limitations
Attendance clock-in selfie validation uses facial similarity comparison algorithms to calculate a match score against the registered profile photo.Scores can be influenced by poor lighting, direct glare, lens smudges, face coverings, spectacles, religious attire, or facial hair changes.Similarity scores provide an operational confidence indicator for supervisors and do not constitute infallible forensic proof of identity.
